NMDC Hyderabad Marathon 2026

The 15th edition of the NMDC Hyderabad Marathon, powered by IDFC FIRST Bank and organised by the Hyderabad Runners Society, expects around 30,000 participants across Full Marathon (42km), Half Marathon (21km), 10K, 5K and a Persons-with-Disabilities race. Themed "Tale of Two Cities," the route connects the old city with Cyberabad's tech corridor via Necklace Road, Raj Bhavan Road, Monorail Circle, Jubilee Check Post, Filmnagar, Shaikpet, Narsingi and the ORR junction. The main race starts at 4:30 am on August 30 from People's Plaza near Hussain Sagar and finishes at GMC Balayogi Stadium, Gachibowli, by around 10 am; race weekend also includes expo/registration activity on August 29. Traffic diversions include 65 shuttle buses and restrictions on ride-hailing and delivery apps within the race corridor.
