A hands-on, two-hour beginner bread-baking workshop run by Paddle Bakes Trivandrum, covering dough mixing, kneading technique, yeast fermentation, shaping and baking fundamentals. Participants leave with freshly baked milk bread and homemade buns they made themselves, plus the skills to replicate the recipes at home.
