Amra Sobai Bangali Sangho (ASBS) Durga Pujo 2026

Amra Sobai Bangali Sangho (ASBS), a community platform for Bengali culture in Pune, hosts its six-day Durga Pujo 2026 celebration — "Where Bengal Comes Alive in Pune" — at Shubhtej Garden Mangal Karyalaya on Sus Road, Pashan. The pujo follows traditional Bengali ritual (Thakur Dekha/idol viewing) alongside cultural programmes, music performances, and stalls selling authentic Bengali cuisine and festive shopping, drawing the city's Bengali diaspora and neighbours alike for a week of community gatherings. ASBS has built the event into one of Pune's more prominent non-Maharashtrian festival celebrations, giving the city's Bengali residents — many working in Pune's IT and education sectors — a home-away-from-home Durga Pujo experience each autumn.
